For product managers
Walk into planning with evidence
Turn a roadmap argument, an onboarding question, or a structural call into a study. Fiuto writes it, runs it with AI respondents and real people, and reads the results back into a deck your stakeholders can open without you in the room.Free to start, in minutes, no research experience required.
How it works
Fiuto runs your full research loop
Paste a URL and Fiuto takes it from there. No research experience needed.
What a PM's testing question actually looks like
A PM's testing question is rarely abstract research. It is a specific inversion of doubt: will people understand this onboarding step, does this label make sense to a new user, does the backlog item everyone assumes matters actually matter to anyone outside the building. The answer is due before the next planning meeting, and there is no researcher free to get it.
Fiuto turns that question into a study built on the method that answers it directly, rather than a general survey that talks around it. A ranking question forces relative priority. A card sort shows how people actually group and name things. A live-website task shows whether they can get through the flow at all. Then it runs the study and reads the results back, so you walk in with what people did and said instead of a hunch.
What to test before the next planning meeting
Start from the argument you are about to have. Each one is a study Fiuto can draft from your product in minutes.
Which feature comes first?
The people who would use your features rank them, so the roadmap follows a real order of importance instead of the loudest voice. Prioritise features with user research.
Where do new users get stuck?
Someone new works through your setup flow and you see where they hesitate, misread a label, or give up, with their own words about why. Test your onboarding flow.
Does the structure match how people think?
People group and name your content, then find their way through the structure you chose. Settle the labels before the rename ships. Test your information architecture.
How does the product feel to use?
NPS, CSAT, effort score, or SUS, with the reasons read back alongside the number, so a drop has a cause and not just a chart. Run a satisfaction survey.
What you get as a product manager
The whole research loop, run for you, inside a sprint.
A study drafted this sprint, not next quarter
Paste your URL and say what you need to learn. Fiuto reads your product and drafts the whole study, method, tasks, and questions, for you to review. It picks the method for the question, so you never have to.
AI respondents go first
A cast of AI respondents works through the study before anyone else, so you get a first read in minutes and catch an unclear task before real people see it. Up to two of the cast can be AI experts in conversion, usability, copy or SEO, on every plan including Free.
Real people, recruited or your own
Describe the audience you need and Fiuto recruits it from Prolific's global panel, with demographic filters. Or share the link with your own users. Runs are labelled by who answered, so a customer run and a panel run never blur.
A deck the stakeholders can open without you
Results come back as findings, a readout, and a deck, in the respondents' own words, shared behind a view-only link. The evidence goes into the planning doc instead of a live walkthrough.
The same theme, tracked across rounds
Each launch is kept as its own versioned run, so onboarding confusion before a change and after it stay comparable, and a theme is tracked across studies instead of relitigated every quarter.
It remembers your product
Fiuto keeps a profile of your product, your audience, and what you are trying to learn, and carries it into every study it drafts. The second study is faster than the first.
Unlimited collaborators, so the whole squad is in
Fiuto's price is per account. Share results with the designer, the engineer, the analyst and anyone else as collaborators on every plan, including Free. No licence to request.
MCP for user research
Your data is yours. Stay in Claude Code
Create, launch, and read back studies over MCP from Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or the agent your team already builds in, and pull the findings into the docs where the roadmap lives. Every result is yours, out as CSV or JSON through a per-study token, the API or MCP, on every plan including Free.

Frequently asked questions
01Can user testing settle a roadmap disagreement?
It can settle the factual part. A ranking question shows which problems real users say matter most, and a task-based study shows where they actually get stuck. Judgement about strategy and resourcing still sits with the team. Testing narrows the argument to what the evidence supports.
02Which method should a PM start with?
You do not have to choose. Say what you need to learn and Fiuto picks the method: a ranking question for relative priority, a card sort for how to group or label things, a live-website or prototype task once you need to see whether people can complete the flow. You can change the method before launch.
03Does Fiuto recruit participants?
Yes. Describe the audience you need and Fiuto recruits it from Prolific's global panel, with demographic filters. You can also share the study link with your own customers or community, and the two kinds of run stay labelled separately.
04Can I track the same theme across multiple studies?
Yes. Each launch is its own versioned run, so you can compare a theme, such as onboarding confusion or pricing hesitation, across rounds instead of starting from zero every time.
05Can I share results with the rest of the team?
Yes. Share a study, its results, its findings or its deck with as many collaborators as you like on every plan, including Free, so a stakeholder who was not in the study sees the same evidence without you re-explaining it live.
06Do I need to build the final flow before testing it?
No. A card sort works from labels alone, a ranking question from a shortlist, and a prototype test from an early clickable version. Test the decision while it is still cheap to change.
07Is it free to start?
Yes. The free plan includes every test method, card sorting and tree testing included, 1 live study a month, 10 responses per study, and 600 AI credits a month. No card, no procurement conversation.
08Does Fiuto run AI interviews?
AI interviews are an upcoming feature, in development now, and this page will list them the day they are out of alpha. Until then Fiuto runs unmoderated studies across 18 methods, with AI respondents first and real people after.
09Can I change or cancel my plan without contacting anyone?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in the app. There is no sales conversation at any step, from the free plan onwards.
