What are Fiuto's survey question types?
Fiuto has three plain survey question types: multiple choice for a known set of answers, open text for reasons and answers you cannot list in advance, and matrix for rating several related statements on the same scale in one grid.
Each type can be required or optional, and they combine freely. A satisfaction survey might pair a rating scale with a matrix and an open text follow-up. A product-market-fit survey pairs a multiple choice question with several open text questions.
The result follows the type: counts per option for multiple choice, the full list of written answers for open text, and a score distribution per statement for matrix.
