Fiuto runs your full research loop
Paste a URL and Fiuto takes it from there. No research experience needed.
What you get with Fiuto
The four differences that change what you can do this afternoon, not a feature checklist.
Does Fiuto run card sorts and first-click tests, or only interviews?
Eighteen methods, not one conversation. Card sort, tree test, first-click, five-second and preference test, click heatmaps, live site and prototype tasks, copy tests, surveys and open text. Eighteen method blocks in all, mixable in one study, on every plan including Free. A scale or a ranking asked inside a conversation is still a conversation. Where someone clicks first, and whether they can find a page in your navigation, only a test answers.
Will I know what Fiuto costs before I sign up?
Every figure is on the pricing page, and none of it is per seat. Free needs no card and carries 1 live study a month, 10 responses per study, 600 AI credits a month, and all eighteen methods. Core is $29 a month and Pro is $69, flat per account, with unlimited editors from Core and unlimited viewers on every plan. You never count seats, and you never have to ask what a tier costs.
Do I need to be a researcher to use Fiuto?
Research does not have to be your job. Fiuto does not assume a research team, a research calendar, or someone whose title says research, and it still works when all three are true. Say what you need to learn, review what Fiuto drafts, and turn your Lovable, Replit, v0, Bolt, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor prototype into a real-user test.
What does Fiuto charge per respondent?
A published participant price. US$7.00 per respondent on the 5-minute band, US$14.00 on 12 minutes, US$21.00 on 20, ordered from the launch page and paid per order outside your AI credits. A reserve covers screen-outs, and whatever it does not use is refunded to the original payment method when the run settles. You know what a run of real people costs before you start it.

No card sort, tree test, first-click, five-second or preference test. |
| AI moderator | None. Fiuto runs unmoderated studies and AI respondents, not a live moderated interview. | Yes, and it is the product. | AI respondents | Up to five per run before real people see the study, up to two of them experts in conversion, usability, copy or SEO. | Not published as of September 2026. Its AI moderates a real person rather than standing in for one. |

| MCP server | Read and write: create, launch and read results. Seven coding agents. Every plan including Free. | Not published as of September 2026. |
| Recruitment | Prolific's panel of 300,000+ participants across 38+ countries, ordered from the launch page. | Templates and product memory | 24 curated templates plus the ones you save, on every plan. Fiuto remembers your product, your audience and what you are trying to learn between studies. | Not published as of September 2026. |

Create studies from
Who fits which tool
Fiuto fits people for whom research is not the job
You are building the thing and you have a question about it you would rather not guess at. Fiuto writes the study, runs it, and hands back findings, and it still serves you when research is your job.
Fiuto fits a budget you have to name in advance
You need to say what a study costs before you run it, not after a quote comes back. Every plan figure and every participant band is on the page, and the bill is per account rather than per person on your team.
Choose Genway if the interview itself is what you are buying
Your question needs a moderator who listens and probes, in whatever language each participant speaks, and you want that conversation to be the whole method. Fiuto does not moderate interviews at all.
Choose Genway if your organisation buys by quote and by seat
You have a procurement process, named seats to license, and the time to agree terms before the first study runs. That is the shape its pricing FAQ describes, and it fits some teams better than a card on file.
Frequently asked questions
01Is Fiuto a Genway alternative?
It depends on the question you are asking. For AI-moderated interviews, Genway is the specialist and Fiuto does not compete. For everything unmoderated, where people click, what they can find, which design or headline wins, Fiuto runs eighteen methods Genway does not publish, with every price on the page and a free plan that includes the AI.
02Does Genway publish its pricing?
No figure, as of 11 September 2026. There is no pricing page on genway.ai, and its pricing FAQ describes tiers running from a Freemium Plan to an Enterprise Plan, with Enterprise priced on the number of seats and interview credits. Its start-for-free page says no credit card is required. Fiuto publishes everything: Free with no card, Core $29 and Pro $69 a month, flat per account, and US$7.00 per respondent on the 5-minute band.
03Does Fiuto charge per seat?
No. Price is per account on every plan. Share a study, its results, its readout or its deck with as many people as you like, including on Free, and add unlimited editors from Core. Genway's pricing FAQ says its Enterprise pricing is based on the number of seats and interview credits, with viewers always free.
04Does Fiuto have an AI moderator?
No. Genway runs AI-moderated interviews, surveys and usability sessions, and Fiuto does not moderate at all. Fiuto runs unmoderated studies, and sends AI respondents through the study first so you get a read in minutes and catch a bad task before real people see it. If a live AI interviewer is the thing you need, Genway is the better tool.
05What does it cost to recruit participants on Fiuto?
US$7.00 per respondent on the 5-minute band, US$14.00 on 12 minutes, and US$21.00 on 20, ordered from the launch page and paid per order outside your AI credits. A reserve covers screen-outs, and whatever the order does not use is refunded to the original payment method when the run settles. You can also share the study link with your own users at no cost.
06Do I need research experience to use Fiuto?
No. Paste your URL and say what you need to learn. Fiuto writes the study, runs it with AI respondents, recruits real people if you want them, and reads the results back into findings and a deck. You review each step before it launches, and it serves the researcher just as well.
07Which methods does Fiuto support?
18 method blocks on every plan: prototype and live website tasks, first-click, click heatmap, five-second tests, preference and design feedback, card sort, tree test, matrix, ranking, rating scales, open text, and copy tests among them.
