Design feedback
What does one design say?
People answer a short set of questions about one image, video, or audio clip.
Build a design feedback surveyConcept validation
Concept validation shows an idea to the people it is for, as a description, a mockup, or a prototype, and tells you whether they get it, whether they want it, and what would make it better.Paste your URL and Fiuto builds a free concept test for you in minutes. No research experience required.
A preview player for a concept test. It steps through the four blocks a respondent sees, and is paused on the third: the rating and comment they give on the concept itself, with the Fiuto panel floating over it holding each question in turn.
Concept validation is showing an idea to the people it is for before you build it, and measuring three things: whether they understand it, whether they want it, and what they would change. The concept can be a paragraph, a mockup, a landing page, or a clickable prototype. What matters is that real people react to it before a sprint is spent on it.
The useful questions are specific. How clear is this, at a glance? How useful would it be to you? What would stop you from using it? Comparing two or three directions side by side adds a preference, so you learn not just whether an idea lands but which version of it lands best.
The result is a read on desirability with the reasons behind it, in the words of the people who would use the thing. It will not tell you how many will pay, but it will tell you whether the idea is understood and wanted, and what to sharpen before you find out.
When to run oneRun one before the first sprint on a new idea, or when two directions are on the table and the team cannot choose.
The whole loop, from a blank study to a readout, with nothing to learn first.
Fiuto writes the study
Paste your URL and describe the idea. Fiuto drafts a concept test around it: the concept, a few reaction questions, and a preference between directions if you have more than one. You review the draft before anything launches.
AI testers go first
AI testers react to the concept straight away, so you have a first read on clarity and desirability within minutes and can tighten the study before real people see it.
Real people, recruited or your own
Describe the audience you need and Fiuto recruits them for you, or share the link with your customers, waitlist, and community. Every run is labelled with who answered it.
Fiuto reads the results back
How clear and how useful the idea felt, which direction won and why, what would stop people, and a takeaway with the quotes behind it. Findings, a readout, and a deck you can share.
Three of the 13 methods Fiuto runs. Each page opens on a URL field, so you can start from the method instead.

Build a design feedback surveyWhich direction should we take?
People compare two to four directions, choose one, and say why.
Build a preference testCan people complete the task on a prototype?
People work through a real journey in your prototype, and you see the route, the hesitation, and the blockers.
Build a prototype testConcept validation shows an idea to the people it is for before you build it, and measures whether they understand it, whether they want it, and what they would change. The concept can be a description, a mockup, or a prototype.
The simplest thing that conveys the idea. A paragraph and a mockup are enough for a first read. A clickable prototype adds a task, so you learn whether people can use the idea as well as whether they want it.
Yes. A preference test shows two to four directions side by side and asks people to choose one and say why, so you learn which version of the idea lands best.
No. Paste your URL and describe the idea, and Fiuto writes the study, runs it with AI testers, recruits real people if you want them, and reads the results back into findings. You review each step before it launches.
Yes. Describe the audience you need and Fiuto recruits a matched panel for you. You can also share the study link with your own customers, waitlist, or community, and the two kinds of run stay labelled separately.
A small group from your actual audience usually agrees on whether an idea is clear and wanted. Add more people once you want to confirm the read rather than find the first objection.
Not on its own. It tells you whether the idea is understood and wanted, and what to sharpen. To learn what people value enough to pay for, follow it with a pricing study.
