Draft and launch the study
Paste a URL, or describe what you want to learn. Fiuto drafts the study, you review it, and you launch it.
Pick the audience
Filter by age and country of residence, which every Prolific profile carries, plus anything else from Prolific's catalogue. Every other profile answer is optional, so each extra filter narrows the pool more than it looks like it should.
Watch the live eligibility count
As you change filters and order size, Fiuto counts who matches and shows the running total, before you pay anything.
Pay the total shown
One payment, by card, at checkout. Nothing is charged until you confirm the order.
Participants answer
Respondents open the study and answer, no account needed on either side. A recruited run usually fills within hours.
Unused reserve refunded
When the run settles, whatever your order did not use, fewer screen-outs than the reserve covered or a shortfall in matches, is refunded to your original payment method.

Paid per order, outside AI credits, on every plan including Free.
Every order is priced per response, and the exact total is shown before you pay. It follows the audience count as you change it, so the number you see is the number you are charged.
A reserve covers people who start the study and screen out along the way, and whatever the order does not use is refunded to the original payment method when the run settles. Fiuto adds no fee of its own.

Runs are labelled by who answered them, so a run with your own users and a run from the panel never blur into one result.
AI respondents go first
Before you spend on a panel, run the same study with up to five AI respondents. You get a read in minutes and catch an unclear task before a real person meets it. Where the study has a surface to open, up to two of the five can be AI experts in conversion, usability, copy or SEO.
On every plan including Free, metered by AI credits, so the free plan's 600 credits a month cover a full run of five.
Quality and screening
What keeps the wrong person out of your results, and what happens when someone starts and stops.
Screening runs before the study, not after
A screener is an intake form block at the front of the study. It is evaluated the moment a respondent answers, so someone outside your target group is screened out before they reach the rest, rather than filtered out of the results afterwards.
A reserve for screen-outs
Some people will start and screen out. The order holds a reserve for them, priced at what a screen-out costs and only when the study has a screener, so recruiting keeps going without your run stopping partway. Whatever the reserve does not use comes back to you.
Only completed responses count
A session that never completes is left out of your results and does not count toward your order or your plan's response cap.
A content check before anyone is recruited
Every panel order passes an automatic content check. Some content cannot be recruited for at all, and an order that needs a look is held for review, with the reason shown on the launch page, until it clears.
After the run
Fiuto reads the results back into findings, a readout you can share behind a link, and a deck. Every response, click, rating and recording is readable per person. Share it with as many collaborators as you like on every plan.
Your data is yours: raw results as CSV or JSON, the export API with a per-study token, and the same data over MCP, on every plan including Free.
Data and consent
Prolific is Fiuto's recruitment processor, based in England and Wales, and it is engaged only when you place an order. The rest of your data stays where it always does.
Frequently asked questions
Can I target participants by country or age?
Yes. Age and current country of residence are on every Prolific profile, and you can add filters from Prolific's wider catalogue on top. Every filter beyond age and country rests on an optional profile answer, so Fiuto marks it optional: it narrows the pool more than it looks like it should.
How fast do responses arrive?
A recruited run usually fills within hours. Fiuto's part, drafting the study and running the AI respondents, takes minutes, and real people answer at their own pace from the moment the order is live.
What if not enough people match my filters?
The live eligibility count tells you before you pay. If the panel holds fewer people than you asked for, order fewer respondents or remove one of the optional filters to widen the pool.
Can I run the same audience again?
Yes. Launch the study again and order again. The audience you set stays on the study, so the next order starts from the same filters.
Do I need a Prolific account?
No. Recruiting through Fiuto needs no account anywhere else. Order from inside your study and Fiuto handles the rest.
Does recruitment use my AI credits?
No. Recruitment is paid per order, by card, outside AI credits, on every plan including Free. AI credits pay for AI work: drafting, AI respondents and experts, findings and the deck.
Is there a minimum order or a sales call?
Neither. Order as few or as many respondents as you need, see the total before you pay, and change or cancel your plan yourself from the billing page.
Can I recruit from my coding agent?
Yes. Fiuto's research assistant works in the app, over MCP from Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Lovable, v0, Replit and Bolt, and over the API. It creates and launches the study, and the panel order is placed from the launch page, on every plan including Free.
Does Fiuto run AI interviews?
AI interviews are an upcoming feature, in development now, and this page will say so the day they are out of alpha. Until then Fiuto runs unmoderated studies, with AI respondents first and real people after.
