Frequently asked questions
What are AI credits, and what do they cost?
AI credits are what an AI action spends. Drafting a plan costs 120, each AI respondent or expert costs 120, findings for one study cost 80, a deck costs 40, and a saved deck edit costs 20. Every plan including Free comes with a monthly grant, and the first plan build and the first study analysis on a new account are on us.
What happens when my credits run out?
On Free and Core your credits refresh on the same day each month, so AI actions wait until then, or you can upgrade for a bigger grant straight away. On Pro you can buy a top-up pack any time: 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, or 20,000 credits.
What does recruiting real respondents cost?
Recruitment is paid per order, outside AI credits, on every plan including Free. Respondents come from Prolific's panel of 300,000+ participants, priced per response, and Fiuto adds no fee of its own. You see the cost before you order, a reserve covers screen-outs, and whatever the order does not use is refunded when the run settles.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in the app.
Is there a free trial?
No, and you do not need one. Free has no card and no time limit, and it runs the same AI as Core and Pro. Move up when the caps stop being enough.
Do collaborators pay?
No. Price is per account, not per seat. Invite as many viewers as you like on every plan, including Free, and add unlimited editors from Core.
