Fiuto Ltd, a company in formation in England & Wales, operates the website at fiuto.ai from London. The alpha product is not yet available, so these terms apply only to your use of the marketing site and the wishlist signup process described below.

What this page covers

By submitting the wishlist form or browsing fiuto.ai, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What we promise

  1. We will handle your personal data only as described in the Privacy Policy.
  2. We will send a single confirmation email when you join the wishlist. All further messages are opt-in.
  3. You may delete your data at any time, using the one-click link included in every email we send.

What we do not promise

  1. A specific alpha launch date.
  2. Uninterrupted availability of the marketing site. The site depends on third-party infrastructure (currently Cloudflare and Supabase) and may experience downtime.
  3. A fixed order of alpha access. We may invite wishlist members earlier or later based on the role and company size they provided.

What you agree to

  1. The email address you provide is your own.
  2. You will not misuse the wishlist form, including by automated mass submission, fake or harvested addresses, or other forms of abuse. We rate-limit using a hashed IP address; addresses associated with abuse may be suppressed.
  3. Submitting the wishlist form does not create any contractual obligation beyond receipt of the confirmation email.

Pricing

Pricing has not been set. When the alpha opens, a free tier will be available. Paid tiers may be introduced later. Joining the wishlist does not commit you to any plan.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. If any change affects what we collect or how we use it, we will notify confirmed wishlist members by email and update the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
